Four Seasons Hotel - Eno Wine Bar

Project Overview

LAN provided architecture and engineering services for a new wine bar that sits adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C. The project scope included renovating two existing row houses and converting them into the new wine bar. The exterior facade was repaired to historic guidelines and met the standards of the Georgetown Historic Board, who reviewed the project.  The design had to consider tight property lines and access, and the addition was detailed to blend with the existing building. Although the interior consists of one space, the exterior was designed to appear as two separate buildings to reinforce the existing street scape. Total indoor seating capacity is 65 guests with outdoor seating for 12. A vertical lift ensures ADA compliance for the local attraction.
